Participation fee

In-person participation

• Early registration until 12 January, 2025: 25.000,-Ft + VAT or 80 EUR
• Registration between 13 January, 2025 and 31 January, 2025: 35.000,-Ft + VAT or 110 EUR

Poster session

• Early registration until 12 January, 2025: 20.000,-Ft + VAT or 65 EUR
• Registration between 13 January, 2025 and 31 January, 2025: 25.000,-Ft + VAT or 80 EUR

Banquet

• Participation fee 10.000,-Ft + VAT or 30 EUR

IMPORTANT! If a unit of the University of Debrecen (e.g. a department or a doctoral school) covers the costs of the conference, the fee Will be paid between the units based on the form "Költségtérítési díjak átvállalásának kísérő jegyzéke", but the invoice will be issued on the name of the participant. Therefore please provide your name, your private address and your own tax identification number by the invoice data! 
It is obligatory to upload the form "Költségtérítési díjak átvállalásának kísérő jegyzéke", filled in and signed by the university unite who covers the costs. The department or doctoral school specifies the budget number from which the fee will be paid and states its willingness to cover the costs on this form.
