1. Abstracts or full papers should be submitted
Abstracts or full papers can be submitted. Authors who intend to publish a paper in the conference proceedings should submit their paper(s) in advance. Those authors who do not want to publish a paper can submit an abstract for the conference.
2. Preparation of papers
The content of the abstracts and the papers should be of sufficient written English quality to enable readers to follow the narrative easily. Abstracts and papers must apply the IEEE standard template (preferably LaTeX):
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
Abstracts with a minimum of 1 page and a maximum of 2 pages, while full papers with a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages can be submitted to the conference as IEEE standard double-column A/4 documents.
3. Submissions of abstracts and papers via EasyChair.
Submissions must be made electronically in PDF format via EasyChair:
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=citds2024
To use EasyChair, you should first create an account (or use an existing one). Log in to the EasyChair system and submit your scientific paper by registering for a Session.
4. Acceptance of abstracts and papers.
Only accepted abstracts or papers can be presented in the conference.
5. The conference proceedings.
Those accepted full papers which meet IEEE’s quality standard will be included in the IEEE Xplore database. Both research papers and review papers can be submitted. All submissions must be original and not published in an earlier conference volume or in a journal. Furthermore, submissions should not be at the same time under consideration for publication elsewhere. 'Pay to publish' is not allowed by IEEE. So at least one author of a paper must show up and present the paper at the conference.
6. Peer review of full papers.
Each paper will be checked at least by two reviewers. Each submission will be checked for plagiarism, so please avoid reusing someone else's prior ideas, processes, results, or words without explicitly acknowledging the original author and source. Be careful, please, with self-plagiarism, too.
7. Corrections of the full papers.
After receiving the referees’ reports, the authors can correct their paper(s). Because of the limited time, major revision is not a realistic task. So we encourage the authors to prepare their paper(s) carefully.
8. After acceptance of the full papers
After acceptance the authors should create the final version of their paper(s). They should sign the copyright agreement, check the PDF by PDF eXpress and upload the final version. The organizers will give detailed information to the authors about the accepted papers.
