Eszter Baranyai - vezető oktatási és kutatási szakértő, MNB Gazdaságtudományi ismeretterjesztési főosztály

Eszter Baranyai, PhD, is a Senior Education and Research Expert at the Directorate for Economic Science Education of the Central Bank of Hungary (Magyar Nemzeti Bank), where she leads research projects related to artificial intelligence and central banking topics. Her academic publications have appeared in international journals, primarily focusing on central banking, sustainability, financial markets, and the financial system.
She has taught and conducted research at several Hungarian universities, including Corvinus University of Budapest, John von Neumann University, and Budapest Metropolitan University. Prior to joining the Central Bank of Hungary, she worked at the Bank of England and its successor financial regulatory authority (2011–2017), as well as at Barclays Bank (2009–2011), mainly in the fields of financial stability, financial markets, and liquidity risk. At the Bank of England, her responsibilities included analysis, market intelligence, and supervisory advisory work. She also represented the institution in international and inter-institutional projects.
She completed her studies at Corvinus University of Budapest and at ESSCA Business School in France. In 2012, she became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Dr Renatas Kizys - Associate Professor, Finance within Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton

Lecture title: Supply Chain Network, ESG, and Financial Performance
Dr Renatas Kizys is an Associate Professor in Finance within Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton, UK. He is also Deputy Head (Research) of Department of Banking and Finance. Renatas received BA and MA degrees in Economics from the University of Vilnius, Lithuania, and MSc and PhD in Economics from the University of Alicante, Spain. Renatas further honed his expertise through the Advanced Studies Program in International Economic Policy Research at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy in Germany.
His academic journey has taken him across the globe. Prior to joining the University of Southampton, Renatas dedicated eight years to the University of Portsmouth, UK, where he held multiple key positions. This included serving as a Reader in Finance, fulfilling the role of Interim Head of the Economics and Finance Subject Group, and overseeing research degree coordination in the Faculty of Business and Law.
Renatas has a rich international experience, with more than three years as an Assistant Professor at the Technological Institute of Monterrey in Mexico, and a distinguished P.K. Woolley Research Fellowship at the University of York, UK. He has also held Visiting Academic positions in China, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain.
Renatas has contributed to diverse areas such as asset pricing, cryptocurrencies, energy economics and finance, environmental economics and finance, financial asset valuation, financial markets and the macroeconomy, financial risk, investor sentiment, and portfolio optimisation. His research, published in renowned academic journals, has garnered over 4,000 citations. Renatas has played significant editorial roles in esteemed academic journals, including serving as a Guest Editor for Energy Economics, Finance Research Letters, International Journal of Finance and Economics, International Journal of Accounting, Banking and Finance, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Sustainable Production and Consumption, and as an Associate Editor or Editorial Member for journals such as Modern Finance, Bulletin of Economic Research, European Journal of Management and Business Economics, International Journal of Governance and Financial Intermediation, and Journal of Research in Emerging Markets.
Dr. Judit Oláh - Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Debrecen; Head of the Doctoral School of Management and Organizational Sciences, John von Neumann University.

Lecture title: New production and consumption model for a circular economy
Her research focuses on various issues, challenges, and dilemmas of the biomass-based economy (bioeconomy), alongside the impact assessment of the European Green Deal. Her research interests also include sustainable supply chain management, the circular economy, and sustainable Industry 4.0.
She is actively involved in the public activities of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA). Since 2022, she has been a non-academician representative at the General Assembly of the MTA's Section of Agricultural Sciences. As Chair of the MTA Scientific Committee on Agricultural Economics (2023–) and Vice-Chair of the Interdepartmental Standing Committee on Circular Economy (2023–), she contributes to providing researchers and educators with a comprehensive understanding of the circular economy. She is also a member of Expert College No. 4 of the János Bolyai Research Scholarship program and served as Lead Co-Author of the 2023 UNEP Global Environment Outlook (GEO-7) sustainability report.
She serves as an expert and reviewer for the following national and international organizations: Tempus Public Foundation (higher education, adult learning), National Science Centre Poland, National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NRFU), Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS), Qatar National Research Fund, EU Research Executive Agency Marie Skłodowska-Curie Staff Exchanges call HORIZON-MSCA-2022-SE, EIG CONCERT-Japan Program, and Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS).
Her excellence in university teaching and research is reflected in numerous awards and fellowships. In 2022, she received the Bolyai Medal of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, awarded to the "best of the best."
Her academic and professional network spans international organizations, European and overseas agricultural economics research institutes, and foreign universities. Based on her scientific achievements, she has become an internationally recognized representative and a pioneering figure in Hungarian agricultural economics.
Prof. dr Agneš Slavić - Full Professor– Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University in Novi Sad, Serbia

Lecture title: Current management consulting tendencies in Serbia and Hungary
Agneš Slavić, PhD is Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University of Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia. Her scientific area is Management, actually Human Resource management, Organizational Behavior and Talent Management. She is the coauthor of university course-books, the major coordinator for master academic program Leadership and Human Resource Management at Faculty of Economics in Subotica. She has published numerous scientific papers and presented papers at international scientific conferences. Besides, she is the coordinator of Cranet and CEEIRT international research programs for Serbia.
