The registration deadline was extended to 10 July 2025.

* Students need to upload a copy of their student ID or a certificate in the payment system.        
** The status "participant of the Koji Nakanishi section" needs to be confirmed by invitation or prior consultation with the organizers.        
*** The excursion will be organized to the Hortobágy UNESCO world heritage site. Due to the capacity of banquet venue, the number of participants may be limited. Excursion might be changed due to weather condition.

Registration fees of academic and company participants include

• Welcome reception (25 August, 2025)        
• Admission to all conference scientific sessions including poster sessions        
• Coffee breaks, and lunches        
• All conference materials             

Registration fees of accompanying person include       

• Admission to the opening ceremony, Ben L. Feringa's Nobel laureate lecture and plenary lectures at the first day (25 August, 2025)        
• Welcome reception (25 August, 2025)

• Bank transfer, based on pro forma invoice, which will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
