Poster Submission Deadline: June 30th, 2025

The abstract should be one page to fit into the A4 paper size (W210mm×H297mm).

You can use the template below to prepare your abstract.

The abstract must be prepared in Word format (doc or docx file).

Decision on the acceptance will be sent to the contact author by July 21th 2025.

Due to limited slots available for oral presentations, some of them may be converted to poster presentations upon author’s approval.
