Public transport
The Main Building is located on the University Square („Egyetem tér”) campus, and can be easily reached by public transport from both the train station and the accommodation in the city centre in about 30 minutes.
Take tram number "1" to the "Egyetem" stop,
- 20 min from the train station
- from the city center/accommodation (after about 6-8 minutes of walking)
- 16 minutes from the "Városháza" stop or
- 15 minutes from the "Kossuth tér" stop.
Tram tickets can be bought in advance with a mobile application (https://www.dkv.hu/mobiljegy 440 HUF), with cash from the driver (550 HUF), at the DKV ticket office in front of the train station or at the newsstand at Csapó utca (460 HUF).
Those arriving by car can park in the courtyard of the hotel free of charge, however, there is a limited number of parking spaces. There is a fee for parking on campus, otherwise, there are some free parking lots in front of the main building (on the side).
Accommodation
The participants of the conference will be accommodated in the guest rooms of the Maróthi College of the Reformed Theological University of Debrecen located the city centre. Meals are not provided at the accommodation. However, there are many dining options, shops and shopping centres in walking distance.

Registration of participants
The registration of conference participants, acquiring the name badges and the conference booklet takes place on the 2nd floor of the Main Building of the University of Debrecen, in room 247.
July 15 (Monday) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Meals and coffee breaks
During the course of the conference, we provide a meal to the speakers during the lunch breaks (cold buffet), and we also offer refreshments in the morning and afternoon during the coffee breaks.
Technical details of the presentations
A computer (with Windows operating system) and a projector are available in the lecture hall. Please bring your slides on a pendrive, from which we can copy the files to the computer. We recommend that the presentation material should be saved as a pdf document.
Please try to keep the presentation time frame: 20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
