About the Submissions

 

Step 1: Registration

All of the participants (with or without any submissions) are required to be registered. Only the registered participants will be able to access the sections of the conference.

(*After the registration you will get an email with your login information to access (to view) the poster session. Account will be confirmed within a few hours, so login is not possible right after you got the email with the link.)

The registration is open: 10 August - 11 October

EXTENDED: - 25 October

 

Step 2: Submit an Extended Abstract

Authors should upload their extended abstracts (min. 2, max. 3 pages including references, in English only). Please use  »this EasyChair site«  to upload your submission!

If you don't already have an account there, you need to register one to log in.

The following formats are accepted only: PDF compiled from LaTeX. To prepare the abstract use, please, »this LaTeX style scheme« For author's convenience the organizers offer the same template for the abstract and for the full paper.

At the stage of Submission, participants are supposed to register for a Section. If you do not find a proper section for your paper, then contact the organizers

The acceptance of papers will be based on reports of referees.

Deadline for extended abstracts:  11 October, 2020

Step 3 (For Oral presentation):  Create, please, your presentation, PDF is preferred. During the conference you will present it by sharing your screen. Before the conference we shall send you the Internet address of the online conference.

Step 3 (For poster section.): Send your complete poster 

Instruction for poster section. After acceptance of the abstract, authors should send to » « their posters (10 minutes narrated slides or non-narrated slides readable in 10 minutes, in English only). Accepted format: MKV (narrated), PDF (non-narrated).  Beside the complete poster please create and send a common cover page using this template.

During the conference, all of the accepted posters can be accessed by registered participants on the page of the poster section. E-mail addresses of the authors will be provided for the posters, thus the participants might put questions and/or remarks under the presentation as a comment or by sending email to the author. 

 

Step 4: The conference

All participants will receive the Internet address of the online conference. The platform will be Webex.

 

Step 5: Submit the Camera-Ready paper

Authors should upload their full papers (min 6 pages max 18 pages, English only). Please use »this EasyChair site« mentioned above to upload your submission!

The following formats are accepted only: PDF compiled from LaTeX using the LaTeX style scheme, mentioned in Step 2.

Deadline for full papers: 22 November, 2020
All papers will be checked by 2 reviewers.

The conference proceedings will be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication. The authors of selected papers will be invited to publish their research work in a special issue of Annales Mathematicae et Informaticae. All submissions for publication must be original and not published in an earlier workshop or conference or journal.
