For authors whose submitted abstracts include suggestions for changes in the reviewer’s opinion, we will send feedback continuously, but no later than November 23, at 12:00 (GMT + 1). The corrected abstracts are expected to be returned at the turn of post.
For those who submit a virtual poster:
- We recommend presenting the Virtual Poster in ppt format.
- The virtual poster can be presented by the authors in a 5-minute time frame at the times specified in the Program.
